Here's How It Works:

• We enter the NSF Checks into our FastCollect© software and originate an ACH debit for the full amount of the check and a separate electronic debit for our processing fee.

• Each item is clearly identified on customer's bank statement.  In addition, we send along an electronic memo with each each electronic transaction detailing to the receiving bank what the ACH amount is for.

• Our electronic collection process is much faster than the conventional method.  Most ACH transactions take only 24 to 48 hours no matter where the bank is located in the U.S.

• Each week you receive payment on all checks collected and a report on the status of all checks in the FastCollect system. No more waiting 30 days or more for your money.

• Even your customers will like the program. Bouncing a check is an unpleasant event for everyone. Having to redeem that check with cash, money order, cashier's check or with a trip to a collection agency can be embarrassing. With FastCollect your customer's check is simply electronically re-submitted.  All is handled quickly and confidentially.

• In order to provide the most efficient and effective check recovery service, BTC has established a network of processing centers to process your NSF checks locally.

• You simply authorize your bank to mail your bad checks to the processor in your area. This means that the NSF checks are re-presented within 1-2 days after receipt by the bank.

• We will provide you with a sign(s) to display so customers will be aware of your new check processing policy.
