Check Chase RCK is an all inclusive software program designed to minimize the time and labor
intensive aspects of electronic check collection. Check Chase addresses customer retention by providing your clients with the ultimate in
reporting and client features. Whether you have hundreds of existing clients or are just getting started, Check Chase RCK has the power you
are looking for when processing nsf checks through the ACH.
Ideal for RCK Processors. You'll find Check Chase RCK to be an extremely efficient and affordable replacement for your current system.
Check Chase RCK runs on Windows 95-98-2000 or Windows NT operating systems. Your software license allows you to collect 3.5 million
checks for 65,000 clients. It is net-workable and the number of additional user licenses you may add is limited only by the limitations
of your network.
Check Chase RCK will debit both the face value of the check as well as any associated fees and
credit the collected money into your business account. A distribution report separates the clients money from your collection fees, allowing
you immediate access to your share of the collected money. Then, on a preset payment schedule that you control, Check Chase will credit the
collected money to your clients account by way of an electronic ACH credit.
All Client reporting is handled automatically by the software, with reports being generated in
both paper or text file formats. You can even have Check Chase automatically send pertinent reports directly to your clients as an email
attachment, thus eliminating paper reporting and mailing issues altogether.
Optional internet reporting will allow your clients to view check information as well as images of each check, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Plug in the optional Sales Tracking module and Check Chase RCK will keep track of sales commissions for an unlimited number of salespeople.
